Meet the Chef

Chef Lauren LaForce serves as the Executive Chef at Morgan’s at the Little Red, where she brings her passion for food and hospitality to life through carefully crafted menus and unforgettable dining experiences. A self-taught chef with deep roots in Arkansas, Lauren’s culinary journey began in her family kitchen, where she developed a love for cooking and a dedication to quality ingredients.

At Morgan’s at the Little Red, Chef Lauren designs innovative, seasonal menus that highlight the best of locally sourced ingredients, showcasing the natural flavors of Arkansas’s rich agricultural heritage. Her ability to create refined, flavorful dishes ensures that every meal complements the retreat’s focus on connection and rejuvenation. Inspired by global cuisines and her travels, Lauren incorporates diverse flavors into her cooking while staying true to her commitment to high-quality, personalized service.

Lauren is also the owner and Executive Chef of Savory Catering and Event Planning, a leading catering service in central Arkansas. When she’s not creating memorable dining experiences at Morgan’s at the Little Red or for her catering clients, Lauren enjoys experimenting with new recipes and spending time outdoors with her family, continually drawing inspiration from the world around her.

The Lodge

Coming in Fall 2025, the Lodge will provide an exceptional venue for large meetings and events. Designed to accommodate up to 50 guests, the Lodge will feature a spacious 2,000 square-foot deck offering stunning views of the lake, as well as a 5,000 square-foot patio for outdoor gatherings. With ample space for both business and leisure, this state-of-the-art facility will provide the perfect setting for unforgettable corporate retreats and events.
